The minute steaks are very quick and simple to prepare. They are extremely thin slices from the inside round muscle which are put through the meat tenderizer. These steaks are best if marinated first. Then simple cook on the grill or pan sear to desired doneness (be careful not to over cook, they only take approximately 5 min. total).

Enright ground beef is a definite must try! With a tremendous amount of flavour you will see much less shrink when cooked in comparison to run of the mill ground beef. Ground beef has a huge array of uses such as meatballs, spaghetti sauce, meat loaf, chilli, shepard's pie, lasagna or by itself watch for recipes in our monthly recipe update for new and exciting ideas! 1 lbs. per package.
