Stewing Beef (1 lbs.)
Chunks of tender, well aged, lean beef. This makes an amazingly flavourful hearty stew. You can cheat a little and buy a slow cooker stewing mix which allows you to just add the beef, water and your favourite vegetables and walk away!
Ribeye Steak (0.9 lbs.)
A tender, well marbled cut which leads to incredible flavour. This is definitely the restaurants favourite. This steak is cut approximately one inch thick and is great for grilling or pan searing. Season steaks with your favourite spices and grill to desired doneness. One per package.
Ribs (2.1 lbs.)
A must have meal! Simple and quick to prepare. The ribs are cut approximately three inches long. They are best if cooked in a slow cooker on low all day. Place the ribs in the slow cooker (fresh or frozen) and turn on low for approximately 5-6 hours. Drain and add your favourite rib sauce.

Flat Iron Steaks (2 x 0.35 lbs)
A ragging new fad is the flat iron steak, chefs across the country are show casing them on their menu. The flat iron steak is best if marinated, then treat it as any other steak. Two per package.
Sirloin Steak (0.5 lbs.)
A great cut from the loin, cut about 3/4 of an inch thick and portioned to 8 oz. The sirloin is great on the grill, pan seared or used in a stir fry or fajitas. It makes a great steak sandwich, try the recipe below. One per package.

Brisket is best when cooked very slowly over a low heat. A home smoker is ideal! However it can be done in your own oven also. Rub your favourite spices such as garlic powder, seasoning salt and black pepper on the brisket. Insert meat thermometer into brisket. Place in a smoker or oven on low heat (200 F) fat side up for 5-6 hours or until the meat thermometer reads 150 F.
Filet Mignon (0.47 lbs. each)
The most tender cut of the entire carcass. This is a treat you will want time and time again! They are great for grilling. The filet mignons are a smaller portion size and cut a good inch thick for extra juiciness Try wrapping a slice of bacon around each filet prior to cooking for a little added flare. One per package.

A muscle cut from the hip, the sirloin tip makes a wonderful, tender oven roast. Try rubbing your favorite seasoning, some coarse salt and fresh ground pepper on your sirloin tip roast to give an extra boost of flavor. Serves 6 people

This steak is cut from the top of the sirloin. It tends to be a leaner muscle and is a smaller portion size. Use your favourite marinade and grill or pan sear. One per package.
Stir Fry Strips (1 lbs.)
Stir fry strips are cut from the rump and are very tender! Heat approximately 1 tablespoon of oil in your skillet and add your stir fry strips. Cook until brown. Add your favourite fresh or frozen vegetables and cook until tender. Serve over rice with sweet and sour sauce. These strips also work great for making fajitas!

The minute steaks are very quick and simple to prepare. They are extremely thin slices from the inside round muscle which are put through the meat tenderizer. These steaks are best if marinated first. Then simple cook on the grill or pan sear to desired doneness (be careful not to over cook, they only take approximately 5 min. total).

Stuffed London Broil (pack of 2 = 0.45 lbs.)
These favourite treats are made like pinwheels. Ground pork, bacon, green peppers and onions are rolled up in a slice of beef and cut about an inch and a half thick! Cook them in the oven or on the BBQ over a low heat and slowly to ensure the middle is done, just be careful not to over cook!
Prime Rib Roast (3.5 lbs.)
A premium oven roast, destined to impress at any occasion! The prime rib roast is a boneless roast cut from the rib. Season with your favourite spices and place roast fat side up if possible. Insert meat thermometer. Cover with foil or a lid. Sear roast for 10 minutes in oven at 450 F. Then reduce heat to 275 F and cook until desired doneness. Cover and let stand for at least 15 minutes before cutting. Weight: 3.5 lbs.

Cut approximately 3/4 of an inch thick the simmering steak is cut with your fork tender if prepared properly. Try simmering it in beef broth on top of the stove. Add some of your favourite spices like garlic powder. You can also add some onions and mushrooms. Simmer on a low to medium heat until desired doneness and serve over a bed of rice.
