Simmering Steak (0.8 lbs.)

Cut approximately 3/4 of an inch thick the simmering steak is cut with your fork tender if prepared properly. Try simmering it in beef broth on top of the stove. Add some of your favourite spices like garlic powder. You can also add some onions and mushrooms. Simmer on a low to medium heat until desired doneness and serve over a bed of rice. This steak is boneless and is one per package.
