The Stirling Curling Club was transformed into a vibrant celebration of community, compassion, and couture for the Hastings Hospice Annual Signature Event:
Handbags for Hospice. We at Enright Cattle Company were honoured to once again support this important fundraiser — a tradition we’ve proudly upheld since its inception nearly a decade ago.
This year, over 300 guests gathered to bid on stunning handbags, home décor, and unforgettable experience packages, all in support of hospice care in our region. We were proud to donate one of our handcrafted Ontario leather handbags to the live auction, showcasing the beauty and quality of locally-raised and locally-crafted goods.
Adding even more sparkle to the evening was a performance by actor, dancer, and
choreographer J.P. Baldwin, appearing in drag as the fabulous Meryl Eau. With a Pink Spark cocktail in hand, guests enjoyed fine wine, charcuterie boards, desserts, chocolates, and a whimsical candy bar — all served by uniformed staff in a truly festive atmosphere.
We are grateful to be part of such a meaningful cause and to celebrate nearly 10 years of supporting hospice care through this extraordinary event.
