Guests will be treated to a 4-course meal filled with education and pure deliciousness. They will learn how Enright's commitment to sustainability means reducing waste and maximizing flavour. In collaboration with HEIST Restaurant & Wine Club Chef, Josh Ham, they will be guided through an incredible menu – taking the guests on a journey from nose to tail.
