Enright Cattle Company is a third generation farm that produces exceptional quality local beef. All cuts of beef are dry aged for approximately 21 days before they are cut and packaged.
Enright ground beef is a definite must try! With a tremendous amount of flavour you will see much less shrink when cooked in comparison to run of the mill ground beef.
