Prime Rib Roast

A premium oven roast, destined to impress at any occasion! The prime rib roast is a boneless roast cut from the rib. Season with your favourite spices and place roast fat side up if possible. Insert meat thermometer. Cover with foil or a lid. Sear roast for 10 minutes in oven at 450 F. Then reduce heat to 275 F and cook until desired doneness. Cover and let stand for at least 15 minutes before cutting. Weight: 3.5 lbs.

A muscle cut from the hip, the sirloin tip makes a wonderful, tender oven roast. Try rubbing your favorite seasoning, some coarse salt and fresh ground pepper on your sirloin tip roast to give an extra boost of flavor. Serves 6 people
Top Sirloin Roast

The top sirloin is a great cut to roast in your oven. Whip up a butter and seasoning mix and spread on top of your roast, sear in the oven for about 15 min at 450 degrees then cover and reduce the heat to 325. Cook until about 10 degrees below desired doneness. Remove from oven, let it sit still covered for about 15 minutes. Then slice, serve and enjoy! Option to add veggies around your roast to make a one pot meal!
