A fantastic lakeside location, a perfect early fall day and lots of great food and music. That pretty well sums up Our Backyard Feast from Farm, held September 28 in Tweed’s Memorial Park. Here’s the idea. Take a local food producer, pair them with a chef, and let people taste what they come up with. We were lucky to be twinned with our good friend Stev from Olivea, who prepared Italian-style pulled beef on a bun with provolone using our blade roast.
